10 min meditation 

Jeg startede med at studerer i februar, og når online undervisningen slutter, har jeg brug for at koble af. Så jeg har det bedste overskud til resten af dagen. Meditation er et godt værktøj for mig, til at give slip på skoledagen, og få fornyet energi til resten af dagen.
