To me Yoga is a way of life a life, and Yoga has always been apart of me.
It comes down to my life perspective an appreciation and love for life.
My daily practice of Yoga is both physically and mentally.
I love to start the day with 30 min of asanas (yoga poses). It gives me a peaceful mind and a great energy.
Through the day I try my best to stay mindful, and being in the moment just like if it was the only thing I had to do that day., and when things do not go my way I try to make the best of it and appreciate what I got in that moment.
